We will ship out the goods within 1 to 4 working days after payment is completed. Pre-ordered goods will be shipped from overseas within 7 to 14 working days (excluding weekends, national holidays and peak freight business periods) and will be delivered to your designated delivery address.
In order to protect the integrity of the goods, we will properly package the goods you ordered. After receiving the goods, please unpack and video check immediately to confirm that the goods are not damaged and are correct.

Due to the recent high volume of customers who paid for their purchases at convenience stores but did not receive their products, this has caused our company to incur packaging costs, advance shipping fees, and loss of human resources. Black Cat Express delivers to Taiwan's main islands and outlying islands. Outlying islands include Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, and Green Island. Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, sea conditions, ferry suspensions during the New Year holidays, and annual ferry maintenance, we are unable to specify a preferred delivery date and time. ⚠️The following areas cannot be delivered: Magong City (Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wangan Township, Qimei Township, Baisha Township (Dacang Island, Yuanbei Island, Niao Island, Jibei Island), Penghu County, Lieyu Island (Dadan Island, Erdan Island), Wuqiu Township, Kinmen County, Lanyu Township, Taitung County, Diaoyutai Islands, Dongsha Islands, and Nansha Islands.

Shipping fee calculation: Black Cat delivery fee is waived for orders over NT$1,500 in Taiwan. If the order amount is less than NT$1,500, a shipping fee of NT$130 will be charged.
