Return and Exchange Instructions

In order to protect the rights of both parties, the entire shipping process has been videotaped. Customers are also requested to videotape the entire process as soon as they unbox and unpack. If there is a "quantity shortage" situation, the "complete video file" will be used as the basis.

Regarding returns, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, online shopping consumers have the right to a 7-day appreciation period. Please be sure to return or exchange the goods within 7 days of arrival. Please note that the appreciation period is not a trial period. Please contact us before returning the goods. Our service staff will assist you with your return.

Online shopping returns only provide full order returns, partial returns of goods are not accepted, and the returned goods must be in new condition and keep the packaging intact , otherwise returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted if the product is faulty, damaged, worn, abraded, scratched, dirty, has incomplete packaging, or has missing accessories due to improper use and disassembly by the consumer.

In the post-epidemic era, based on the principle of personal hygiene, returns will not be possible for clothing that is worn close to the body (including underwear, padded clothing, socks, earrings, etc.).

According to Article 2 of the Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Communications Transactions, the 7-day appreciation period is not applicable to customized payments made in accordance with consumer requirements (i.e., customized Korean clothing brand purchasing on this website).

The products are all shipped directly after being purchased in Korea. International express shipping is quite expensive. Customers are advised not to exercise their right to return or exchange products due to personal factors.

You can return the goods unconditionally as long as you meet one of the following conditions:

The actual product received does not match the product ordered. The accessories in the product package are incomplete or the product specifications do not match the outer packaging description. The product is defective or damaged during transportation.

To return the goods, please leave a message in Contact Us or write to fifi710521@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the goods, and put the goods and gifts into the original packaging box. Our company will send freight to pick up the goods.


About refunds

For canceled orders that have been paid, as well as orders that have been confirmed to be returned and the goods have been returned, you will receive an invoice discount notification via email. Payment will be refunded according to the original purchase payment method as follows:
If you use a credit card to pay online, the refund will be credited to your credit card account within 14-21 days. The actual arrival time is subject to the operation of the credit card issuing bank. Please contact your bank for enquiries.
If you use ATM remittance, supermarket code payment or cash on delivery, you need to provide the beneficiary account name, bank name (XX bank XX branch), bank account number and other information, which will be in accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law The refund will be made to your designated account within 15 days after notifying the refund account information.


Invoice processing

Since the electronic invoice has been hosted by our company, a sales discount order will be issued when returning goods:
Double invoice: In order to speed up the refund process, when you place an order, it means that if a return occurs later, you agree to authorize our company to handle the sales discount work on your behalf, and the discount order issued will be notified by email.
Triple-type invoice: Our company will issue and send a sales discount form to you. Please sign/seal the sales discount form and send it back to our company for subsequent write-off procedures.
