Return and Exchange Instructions

Regarding returns: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, online shoppers are entitled to a 7-day trial period. Please ensure that you process returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Online returns only accept full order returns. Partial returns are not accepted. Returned items must be in new condition and intact packaging . All products are shipped directly after purchase in Korea. International express shipping is quite expensive. Please try not to exercise the right of return or exchange for personal reasons.

You can return the product unconditionally as long as you meet one of the following conditions:

The actual goods received do not match the ordered goods
The product packaging is incomplete or the product specifications do not match the outer packaging instructions
The product is defective or damaged during delivery

Please leave a message on Contact Us or email fifi710521@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please place the product and gifts in the original packaging and we will send a freight forwarder to pick it up.


About Refunds

For orders that have been cancelled or returned, you will receive an invoice discount notification via email. The refund will be made using the original payment method as follows:
If you paid online with a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account within 14-21 days. The actual arrival time is subject to the credit card issuing bank. Please contact your bank for inquiries.
If you pay via ATM, convenience store code, or cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide the recipient's name, bank name (XX Bank, XX Branch), and bank account number. In accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, the refund will be made to your designated account within 15 days of notification of the refund account information.


Invoice processing

Since the electronic invoice is already in the custody of our company, all returns will be processed by issuing a sales allowance note:
Double Invoice: To expedite the refund process, when you place an order, you authorize us to process sales discounts on your behalf in the event of a subsequent return. Discount notices will be issued via email.
Triple Invoice: Our company will issue and send you a sales discount slip. Please sign/stamp the sales discount slip and send it back to our company for subsequent verification process.
