Membership Level
1. Registration Gift
After successfully logging in and registering as a member, you will receive 50 shopping points, 1 point = 1 yuan, which you can exchange for free shipping coupons or cash coupons. For detailed shopping points usage rules, please see the instructions below.
2. Birthday gift
VIP birthday celebrants will receive a birthday gift of $100, and SVIP birthday celebrants will receive a birthday gift of $200. It will be automatically sent in the form of shopping credit on the 1st of the birthday month. There is no spending threshold and it must be used up within the same month. No reissue will be made after the deadline.

3. Member upgrade <br>Once you successfully log in and register as a member, you can become a "VIP" for free.
Starting from the date of membership, you can upgrade to "SVIP" if you spend $30,000 or more in the same year. The first time you upgrade to SVIP, you will receive an exclusive upgrade gift with the package.
On January 1st of each year, the actual consumption amount accumulated in the previous year will be reset to zero and the calculation of consumption for the current year will start again.
For example: If you join on March 1, 2024, you can upgrade to a new member if you spend $30,000 before December 31, 2024. Starting January 1, 2025, the accumulated spending amount will be cleared and the calculation will start again.
4. Membership Period/Renewal Method
"VIP" is a permanent membership.
SVIP membership lasts from the upgrade date to the end of the following year. Members who spend $30,000 or more in the year following their upgrade date may renew their membership once after the expiration of their membership.
ex: 2024/03/01 is the upgrade date, and the membership period is limited to 2025/12/31.
If the member spends a cumulative total of $30,000 between 2025/01/01 and 2025/12/31, they can renew their membership until 2026/12/31.
Shopping credits (member shopping points)
1. Feedback ratio:
VIP1%; SVIP3%.
You can participate in the point accumulation when you spend 100 yuan or more in a single transaction. The accumulated points will be rounded up to the first decimal place and calculated as an integer.
For discounted items and special packages, no shopping points will be awarded due to the discount already applied. Points will be automatically credited to your membership account after the order is shipped. If you cancel or return an order, any points previously awarded will be automatically deducted and expire.
2. How to use:
Only valid at the LIHUA NIANG official online store. 1 point = NT$1.
You can redeem your points for the following offers and use them within one month from the date of redemption. Expired points will be automatically invalidated by the system and will not be reissued.
a. Coupon: The minimum redemption threshold is 30 points, with a maximum of 1,000 points. Each point is worth 1 yuan, and can be used on any purchase at the entire hotel. This coupon can be combined with official website promotions, but cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes.
b. Free Shipping Coupon: Every 100 points can be redeemed for one free shipping coupon, which is valid for all items in the store, regardless of the amount.
3. Validity Period:
Shopping credits are valid for one year from the date of receipt and will be automatically forfeited by the system after the expiration date. Birthday gifts are an exception and must be used within the same month. Late-mortgage credits will not be reissued.
4. Points Query:
Shopping Credits will be automatically credited to your account upon order fulfillment or task completion. You can view your Shopping Credits by clicking the "Shopping Credits" icon in the bottom right corner of the website. You can also view your points earned and discount redemption history in "My Offers."
