You can enter the code at the supermarket multimedia machine to print the payment slip, or you can print the supermarket barcode yourself and pay at the supermarket counter. Supports 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, Leifu, OK, and 10,000 convenience supermarkets across Taiwan. Please pay within 3 days. Overdue orders will be automatically canceled by the system without prior notice.
Cancel order
You can query and process orders in [My Orders] in the member center. Please operate according to the following order status:
- Not yet paid/to be shipped: Please click to cancel the order. If you have used the points as a discount, they will be refunded with the cancellation; the discount code is applicable to different situations according to different promotions. If the order is canceled, it cannot be reused. , you can contact us to inform us of your order information and needs, and our customer service staff will assist you.
- Picking: The order is in the shipping and packaging stage. If you still need to change the order, please inform us of the order information by contacting us, and our customer service staff will assist in processing.
points discount
Please log in as a member first. When you enter the checkout payment page, you will be able to find the input field for "Use Member Points" at the bottom of the page before the "Confirm Checkout" button. The system will display the existing points you hold. Points, each 1 point can be discounted to 1 yuan. Please enter the amount you want to discount after conversion and click Apply. The final settlement amount will automatically be deducted from the discount amount you entered.
Electronic invoice instructions
In order to respond to environmental protection, an electronic invoice will be issued and an email notification will be sent after payment. Paper invoices will not be provided. You can select your invoice storage vehicle on the checkout page and fill in the information. Once the checkout is completed, the vehicle content cannot be added or changed; if you do not use a personal vehicle, the invoice will be stored in the member vehicle by default.
