Ehana currently offers the following payment methods:

Transfer to virtual account (the system will reconcile directly, please note that the transfer must be completed within three days to complete the order!!)

After confirming checkout, you will be redirected to the Green World Gold Flow payment page. All online card data transmission is encrypted with SSL certificates to effectively protect your data security. After successful payment, the "Complete Order" page will appear. If the payment process fails due to an unstable network, you can check the order status in [My Account > My Orders]. If the status shows "Pending Shipment," the payment is successful. If it shows "Not Paid," the payment is unsuccessful and the order will be automatically canceled on the next business day. Any points used will be refunded with the cancellation without prior notice. Please purchase again if needed. Discount codes vary depending on the promotion. If you cannot use them again due to order cancellation, please contact us to inform us of your order details and needs. Customer Service will assist you.

ATM transfers
After confirming the checkout, you will be redirected to the Green World Gold Flow payment page. Please pay within 3 days after obtaining the ATM transfer to your account. If you are overdue, the system will automatically cancel the order without further notice.
Convenience store code payment
You can enter the code at a convenience store multimedia machine to print your payment slip, or print the barcode yourself and pay at the counter. Supported convenience stores include 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and Circle K, as well as 10,000 other convenience stores in Taiwan. Please pay within 3 days. Orders will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
Cancel an order
You can check and process your order in [My Orders] in the Member Center. Please follow the order status below:
- Unpaid/pending shipment: Please click Cancel to cancel the order. Any points you have used will be refunded with the cancellation. Discount codes vary depending on the promotion. If you cannot use them again due to cancellation, you can contact us to inform us of your order information and needs. Our customer service staff will assist you.
- Picking: The order is in the shipping and packaging stage. If you still need to change the order, please contact us to inform us of the order information and our customer service staff will assist you.
Points redemption
Please log in as a member. Once you reach the checkout page, you'll find the "Use Member Points" input field at the bottom of the page, before the "Confirm Checkout" button. The system will display your current points, with each point worth NT$1. Please convert the amount you wish to use and click Apply. The final settlement amount will be automatically deducted from the amount you entered.
Electronic Invoice Instructions
To protect the environment, electronic invoices will be issued and sent via email after payment. Paper invoices will not be provided. You can select your invoice storage container and enter your information on the checkout page. Once checkout is complete, the container cannot be added or modified. If you do not use a personal container, the invoice will be stored in your member container by default. We will manage and upload it to the Ministry of Finance's electronic invoice integration platform. You will be notified by email if you win. If you require a three-copy electronic invoice, please select "Three-copy invoice" during checkout, enter your company code and title, and after confirming payment, the system will email you a PDF electronic invoice certificate. This will serve as your accounting document and can be used to report to your company for reimbursement. Please note that once a three-copy invoice is issued, it cannot be modified. Please ensure that the information provided is correct.
